The Whamola
The Whamola
I love the whamola, made famous by Les Claypool of Primus :
It's an upright bass with the string's pitch controlled by a lever. I found the parts, and built my own...From Steel !!!
It has an old bass pick up, a mahogany fingerboard and a double bass string...It sounds like this :
